Leadership in times of crisis
PARTICIPATION - A container for live group alchemy
No one knows what they’re doing. Because we’ve never been here before. We don’t have a reference point for the experiment of being alive right now. And what we are building, is both ancient and emergent.
My essay post yesterday went more deeply into the landscape we’re navigating… in case you missed the context for my offering here.
The kind of leadership that is needed now is not about having all the answers. It is about showing up with humility, staying in relationship through the difficulty, and trusting the unseen...
I put out this offering at the same time that I am in the inquiry myself. I am also hopeful for humanity. I am also devoted to a realizing a better future for us all. And, I am also confused and uncertain about how I can show up and be of service right now.

PARTICIPATION is a 7-week live group container — 12 people, meeting every week, starting April 2/3. No curriculum. No homework. You show up with what’s alive in you and we work through it together in real time.

It’s for those of us who are bravely moving forward in the midst of collapse. Those who feel a deeper calling even if the shape of it is still fuzzy. Those who are ready to stop treating that calling like a someday thing.

The first four people accepted choose their own contribution — any amount, honor system. Remaining spots will be offered on a sliding scale, with a range of possible contribution levels shared after acceptance. Payment via PayPal, Venmo, or Wise. Invitations to join are based on fit, not budget.
Application is four simple questions — just to check and see if we’re on the same wave. I’d love to read yours. It takes 20 minutes. Spaces will be offered in the order that forms are received.
In love and truth,
Wendy
